SAN DIEGO, Apr 9 - U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Chris Wright emphasized at Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) that American developed AI and nuclear energy are crucial for the nation’s future, saying “AI aids the United States’ mission to win."

But when the conversation was not about AI, it was about how to power America. "ARPA-E continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in energy. This year at the Energy Innovation Summit, advanced nuclear stood out as a center focus. We are delighted to see it!" said Earthineering CEO, Dr. Kevin Hickerson.

CLO David Blau also remarked "At the Summit, I was pleased to see growing support for nuclear small businesses like ours from investors, technologists, service providers, and the government alike. We are poised to leverage all of these potential partners to make a large impact."

It was clear that this year's ARPA-E was focused on nuclear energy. Business Development Associate Lake Dodson noted “There was a lot of energy at the conference behind nuclear. Everybody was eager to develop nuclear power.”

Industry leaders also echoed the need for an American nuclear renaissance. “As we look at demand curves, and as we look ahead, nuclear energy must be a part of the solution set for us to move forward. There must be considerations in nuclear as we meet this incredible moment of demand in our country and in our economy," said Chris Womack from Southern Company.

Earthineering and the Nuclear Renaissance

The Earthineering Company is aiming beyond the current popularity of powering AI data centers. Even now, we are looking at new, exciting applications for our tech (stay tuned for that)! However, there is no doubt that AI will place pressure on energy markets. The price of gasoline will inevitably increase with further demand for oil from the electrical grid.

With a small modular reactor (SMR) designed to provide manufacturers heat, and with the ability to produce a synthetic fuel that can power already existing cars and planes, the Earthineering Company can alleviate pressure for energy consumers at the gas pumps and at airline check-in desks where the rising cost of energy is often felt the hardest.

AI advancements and global conflicts are placing enormous pressure on energy consumers. The Earthineering Company’s SMR will revolutionize everyday manufacturing and transportation for the next generation.
