Trey underwrote venture debt at Bridge Bank and CIBC Innovation Banking, structuring up to nine figure facilities for VC and PE-backed technology companies. He spent four years in a Fractional CFO business supporting numerous venture backed companies from inception through growth to exit. He then spent five years at Phoenix Cybersecurity as VP of Strategy & Finance, where he served as the financial and sales leader. He drove approximately 70% growth in bookings through the company's first prime award at DoW Defense Logistics Agency, a sole-source award at Veterans Affairs, and contract vehicle wins on VA SPRUCE, DLA JETS 2.0, GSA OASIS+ and MAS/HACS.
